Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused discs or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are securely cushioned for transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
